About the role
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work across the full development cycle, from clarifying requirements to release, alongside other certified Salesforce engineers. This is a remote position.
What you will do
- Develop custom functionality in Apex: classes, triggers, batch and asynchronous jobs.
- Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and maintain existing Aura components.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems over REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure the platform declaratively — flows, validation rules, permission sets — where that is the better tool.
- Write unit tests and take part in code review.
- Work source-driven: Git, Salesforce CLI, sandboxes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Estimate tasks, clarify requirements and document the solutions you deliver.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex and SOQL, with a solid understanding of governor limits and bulk patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Good knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security model: profiles, permission sets and sharing.
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Confident use of Git and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have
- Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Experience Cloud or Commerce Cloud.
- Experience setting up CI/CD for Salesforce projects.
- Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
